We obviously can't develop things without either, but if we had to choose which one was more important, which one would it be? Lets not think of extreme ya know? Stupid with money or smart with no money. I don't like using IQ as a measurement, but if we were to compare or chose between 2 groups of scientist/engineers developing technology "x".
Team A - 120 higher IQ'ed (140+) PhD's with a 150 million dollar budget
Team B - 240 high IQ'ed (115+) with a 400 million dollar budget
Which one would you reckon be more successful just with those factors. I know this is kind of silly, or foolish, but interesting to me. Don't know any better way to put it. Thanks
