I got into in accident towards the end of 2010....the other driver was in the wrong and the police report shows that...he ran the red light and i hit him....i was driving with a passenger....we both have been undergoing medical treatment...my car is totaled as long as his....what is the minimum settlement i should get and when is the normal timetable for the settlement
