what is the advanced hiv and std test name in uae?

my frined told me visa renewing time uae goverment taking hiv and std test .
threw that blood test they will find out all virus in blood
if we have any problem system will show error
what tests they are taking
any one know test name( pcr or dna)
what is the window period of uae hiv and std test
all are telling advanced technology using here for testing
please help me]
i have to renew my visa
