What is the address to send a small claims court summons to Sears credit card...

...administered by Citibank? Sears credit card has overcharged me over $900. After 5 months of haggling with them, submitting receipts and 4 letters, over 20 phone calls, it's time to go to court. However, they refuse to give me an address of their servicing agent. I called the BBB without success. Can anyone help. Thank you.
