What is the absolute worst thing about eating at a buffet?

For me, it was when I witnessed 4 different people within a 10 minute time period, either sneeze in their hand- cough- or wipe their nose before using that same snot greased hand to pick up the very same tongs everyone else has to use to get the food.

I never was a germaphobe until today.
