i am looking for a film that which at the last scene the cyclist finishes carrying his broken bicycle to the finishing line the character is compelled to race because he had to repay a debt incurred by his brother in law its a hilarious comedy filmed in [ to the best of my knowledge] may be in the outskirts of France.......fellows i had been looking for this film for a long time please help me......thank you
