What is T-Mobile's deposit for a contract cell phone, if any?

I have had Virgin Mobile for 7 years and I want to switch to a contract phone with T-Mobile, before I have them run my credit and cause a hit on my report, does anyone know if they charge a deposit?
 
Ive had Tmobile for seven years and did not have to pay a deposit but they will run a credit check and if you have unfavorable credit you will have to pay a security deposit that is determined by your score, when I was 17 my first cell carrier was Sprint and I had to pay $330 as my deposit.
