what is t-mobile unbilled balance ?

i am on a t-mobile contract and when ever i text them to find out my current allowance it also says on the text your unbilled balance is £5.89(for example) ex VAT and any unprocessed charges what is this ????
 
Unbilled balance is whatever extra you have spent besides your monthly charge.

Say you usually pay £20.00 a month for 500 minutes and unlimited text. Then you go and buy a tone for £2.00 now your charge will be 22.00 but the 2.00 will show as unbilled.

Unbilled balance is the stuff that you have been charged for but has not been put on your bill yet
