I understand that synergy is when multiple parts of a corporation come together and create more profit than if one area of the company went at it alone---but I need an example--my professor told me to think of disney....
Disney writes about an upcoming movie in a magazine that they own, people read the magazine and in turn go see the movie--which makes them want to by the soundtrack ( which disney also makes through the record business it owns) ?
if this doesn't make very much sense..i'm confused..
