What is some strong debate points to say about the morality of slavery?

I have to do this debate thing for class and I'm not sure what to say. I'm suppose to talk about why owning slaves is wrong. I have to point out specifically that it is against one's morals. Could anyone suggest some good points to say.
 
catolics and protestants used slaves whit the bible conformity.
in south america catolics, en n. america protestants in central america two the same.......
