what is some healthy eating meals for the entire day... Working on losng some weight?

I am on day 2 of my diet, I am taking the healthy trim diet pills The rules are pretty simple as long as your willing to give up caffeine.

You are suppose to take 1-2 capsules first thing in the morning with 2-3 glasses of water, 2-3 hours later you eat, and if needed you can then take 1-2 more capsules but I am not my 2 in the am are good for me.

They say it is guaranteed fast weight loss as long as you stay away from caffeine, and they say it will be more helpful to eat right and of course exercise.

I have been exercising each night for 30 minutes after dinner!!!
They say you should also eat small meals or light snacks 4-6 times a day.

So my question is what are some healthy meals (breakfast lunch and dinner) and some small healthy snacks you eat during the day?

What are some diets you have tried and how were your results? I have switched to low or no fat and all whole grain groceries.

A healthy daily menu will be helpful.
