What is some good multi-player shooting games for xbox 360?

I usually have 2-3 friends over, and the only game that I know of where you can have that many players is Call of Duty 4. Is there any other games? How about Rainbow Six 2?
I don't have online, and you only can play with 2 players offline.
 
Dude I would not recommend Vegas 2 after playing COD 4 because then you will get a different experience, COD 4 is just far superior. Try going to IGN.com and look at all the shooters you want, they got videos, reviews, and future release dates. Check it out.
