What is salt room treatment???

I Have asthma and friend told me to check about salt rooms?
who have experience with that?, how does it work?
and where I can find that in La???

I just googled it yesterday and I dont think there are too many places that do it. I also wonder if it really works and what the cost is. If it works, it seems it would be well worth it though. Anything that would work without lots of meRAB would be good.
 
I wanted to have an ‘experience’ but I also suffer from allergic asthma particularly when I am in close contact with cats and horses. I can not sleep in a house where there is a cat. I have some asthma with dogs but not so bad. I found the whole experience calming and invigorating at the same time. A sort of meditation. I feel less congested and unblocked. I felt light airy and happy when I left salt room. When I arrived I felt sluggish and tired.

There is one in Encino it's very close to LA.
 
Hi guys,

Channel 7 News aired a segment on salt room therapy two days ago.
Its look very interesting.
But they didn't say where we can find salt rooms.
