Last week I went to the Jersey Garden Mall and discovered that Hollister's store has cameras strategically placed right above the outside of a dressing room. There is also a camera that is over the registers, but the ceilings are so high that you can also see it from the dressing room.
I'm sure they can argue that the cameras are outside the dressing room, but what if it's positioned high enough that monitors can get a great show?
