what is my wrong with my back?

i have a pain on the right side of my back.it is not a throbbing pain and it doesnt feel like a strained muscle. it feels like the muscles are tight and its ery uncomfortable. sometimes when the pain is really bad i get very sleepy. i am also noticing that i am getting some circulation problems in my right foot, it falls asleep very often, i would get a nurabness in my toes especially.
 
You need to see your doctor and then perhaps get a referral for an MRI to see what problems may exist in your spine. Disc problems can cause pain in the legs, muscle spasm, etc.
