what is "my wireless" on verizon phones?

i got a new phone and a new plan yesterday and one of the automatic contacts my phone comes with is "my wireless" what is this? ive heard about something from my friends before that there's this service you can text random questions and have a conversation with this automated service for fun.

is that what "my wireless" is? or is it just something i can call or text to find out about my plan or something? thanks
