I think it's acid reflux but I'm not sure.

For the last 2 weeks I've had this annoying bubbling in my upper stomach/lower chest area area and it goes sometimes higher up. I don't go to the bathroom much (#2) and a couple times over the two weeks I get some burning in the chest like heartburn.

I've taken acid reducers, gas pills, alka seltzer, cider vinegar and some other stuff and it only helps for a little bit.

I think I may have a low acid problem, but I'm not sure. I have no health insurance right now. I will admit I smoke, but since this has happened I only smoke 2-3 cigs a day tops. I drink a lot of water and eat pretty well.

This annoying bubble is killing my life..please help!!:dizzy:

It could be so many things, so you should really see a doctor.

I was concerned when you said you don't go to the bathroom much.
I don't know what your diet is like, but you should do the following:
Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily;
Eat plenty of fibre everyday, such as a high fibre cereal/oatmeal for breakfast, lots of vegetables (green ones are especially good), and some fruits, but preferably no oranges or lemons. Citrus fooRAB can make reflux worse. For some people tomatoes can make it worse as well.
Exercise everyday (at least half hour, even if it's just a walk);
Also if you are overweight, try to lose weight.
You can do all these things above, as they will probably make you feel better - they definitely won't hurt!
But please see your doctor.
All the best.

HOW OLD ARE YOU? MALE OR FEMALE? HAVE YOU TRIED THE PROBIOTICS. ITS THAT STUFF THEY PUT IN THE YOGURT NOW YOU SEE ADVERTISED ON TV. OR YOU CAN GET THE OVER THE COUNTER (MINE ARE IN A CAPSULE) THEY REGULATE YOUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM. OVER THE COUNTER CAPSULES WORK FASTER. BUT, ITS WORTH A TRY.....AND THEY CAN'T HURT ANYTHING. ITS JUST WHAT YOUR INTESTINES MAKE NATURALLY. TAKING ANTIBIOTICS STRIPS US OF OUR PROBIOTICS. AND CAN CAUSE ALL KINRAB OF DIGESTIVE NIGHTMARES. DOES IT FEEL LIKE GAS...OR JUST LIKE A BUBBLE THERE? READ UP ON IT. YOU'LL SEE WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. IT REGULATES ALL THE WORKINGS. IF YOU DONT SEE A CHANGE IN NO LONGER THAN TWO WEEKS. (YOUGURT TAKES THAT LONG, CAPSULES DONT AND YOU CANT TAKE TOO MUCH OF IT.) AS I SAID....READ ABOUT IT..PROBIOTICS AND WHAT ANTIBIOTICS OR ILLNESS'S DOES TO THEM..AND WE NEED THEM.

I'm 26 years old, not overweight but rarely workout. I definitely need more exercise. The feeling is just a re-accuring reflux gas bubble in my esophogus that has been with me for 2 weeks now.

For the last couple of days I've been taking Acidophilus (probiotic) and Vitamin D and my symptoms have not gotten much better, but I'm still being ignorant. I'm still smoking, not eating the best fooRAB ect.. Last night I ate a little ham and salami wedge and it caused terrible acid reflux that burnt like hell. I quickly downed a half a shot of cider vinegar and that helped.

From today on out I'm not gonna smoke and avoid the bad fooRAB. Like I said, I have no health insurance right now and I will not be seeing a doctor for this.
