I am a healthy 29 year old. I work out 3-5 times a week. I am a size 6/8. I have gained alot of muscle mass since I started working out which resulted in a weight gain of about 6 pounds. I am more fit that I ever have been but for some reason have horrible self image issues lately. My thighs are all muscle, same thing mostly with my butt and its hard to squeeze them into my pants and am finding I need to go up a size. I dont overeat and I take very good care of myself. But every time I look in the mirror I am disgusted. My boyfriend says I'm sexy and beautiful and that its all in my head, which it probably is but its affecting my day to day life.
