Okay I am all into the slavery. I want to know more about it :D I want to read Uncle Tom's Cabin soo bad!!!
 
So get the book from the library. Start with your family history, and work your back in time. Go to the oldest members of the family. Ask them everything writing down all they tell you. Ask when and where they were born, their parents names when and where they were born.
Where and when they married. Names and sex of children they bore.
Your history starts with your family. I recommend using Ancestry.Com
