I was a passenger in a car accident. We was not the car at fault. I went to the emergency and was told that I was fine. I have been having a lot of pain in my hip and leg. My leg keeps going numb and burning. My first hospital bill was 5000.00 and the insurance company keeps wanting to settle with me for 5500 and I pay my hospital bill out of the 5500. I am still in pain and I some times can not walk on my leg. Someone please tell me what to do. I have never been threw this and I do not have health insurance. Do I settle or do I try to hire a attorney to help me get medical care?
