I can't believe you are asking this question. You most be 10yrs old or younger. So maybe you deserve a responsible answere. Sorry.
The pet groomer comes to your home & grooms your dog there.
 
It's a mobile grooming salon- it's usually a motor home, bus or large van outfitted with a bath, dryers, and tools... pretty much everything needed to bathe your dog. This can be convenient for the disabled, or people who's dogs have a tough time riding in the car or are a bit big to move around.
 
It is a mobile grooming salon. It's equipped with pet wash sinks, a grooming table, and all of the tools needed to groom. The groomer drives the van to their customers homes, instead of the customer taking the dog to the salon, the salon comes to them.
