i have never heard of jcpennys before and people from the usa are always going on about it. I am from england and i shop at all the designers in london and Selfridges, Debehams, Topman, New look, Footlocker, Nike, Adidas and online. I have been to new york so many times as i have a house on the upper east side. I have never seen it. What does it do, what does it sell and if its good will someone tell me wheres there nearest one.
