What is it when you have a red pimple on your penis that's kind of painful after sex?

The problem is that most people with STDs show no signs of it. The good news is, it usually takes a lot longer than 1 day for them to show up. It sounds like a reaction to the condom, or just a simple pimple. It may not be related to sex at all. Definitely make sure he gets to doctor just to be safe.
 
A friend of mine told me that he had sex with this girl and the next day after, he got a small red pimple near his penile area. He told me that they had a condom and that the sex was kind of rough and they didn't use lube. The pimple got a little bigger and it's kind of painful. What could it be? He's never gotten this before and he got it the day after. He's gonna go to the doctor and get it checked out and he googled some sites saying it could be an ingrown hair or irritation or friction burn and he's never had a problem like that with this partner before.
