Me and my ex husband have a child support case....he told his lawyer that we reached to an agreement to close the court case without my consent or knowledge..The court order that arrived at my houiser spoke of agreement and changes in the case that i had no knowledge and gave no consent to..we later found out that the court order was actually written by his (my exhusband's) attorney....what would this type of behavior be called in the court of law?...is there anything i can do about it?
