What is intelligence and how is it measured?

It's not how much you know.
It is how well you can perceive patterns and adapt to them.
It is, in essence, your ability to think and create new, valid ideas.

It's the core, the 1st essence of existence; it can't be created or destroyed.
It's the glory...of God.

You can measure on planets like this by how crap-a-roo a person is with the language for example.

Do some pretty decent things for some ok reasons.

What's intelligence in your dictionary? Is it how fast a person can learn new things? Is it the way that person applies those things? What exactly is intelligence?

And how is it measured? I know IQ test blah blah blah.....but how exactly is it measured? Is it as how much information you can hold in your brain? Is it how you apply your knowledge to different subjects? How is it measured?
The reason I ask this here is because Atheist and Theist keep mentioning Intellingence in their answer...calling some group smartert than others.

It is how deeply one's mind can see into the nature of existence.

A computer can store and process a vast amount of information, but it is not intelligent.
