I have a 2007 Kawi Ninja, and the keyhole under the lid (on the gas tank) has a white, almost powdery substance on it. When I try to put my key in, it doesn't quite fit all the way down so I'm unable to put gas in my bike.
My roommates ZZR has the same stuff on his, but he's been riding more frequently so he's still able to fit his key in.
