"What is in the DBZ "Newly Revised English Dialog?"

On the Season sets Funimation lists the 5.1 dub has have "Newly Revised English Dialog." What exactly does that mean? I mean I put on one episode on the english version and the script seemed to be the normal terrible script they have always used, so what is so revised about it? I mean if they actually stuck to the original dialog, I probably would enjoy the series in English more since it has the original Jp music, and to be honest, the mono audio in the Jp version is pretty poor in most episodes.
 
They took out some diaoluge and added new stuff, and they added diaolouge where you cant see the flaps.

I remeraber they added some diaolouge during the
Goku VS Majin Vegeta
part of the show..

both are added dialouge in the remastered sets.

Some characters were and were not fully recorded, particularly being Dende, Season Three Vegeta (sans his battle grunts), and Giny
 
Oh, I was hoping it meant that they had actually went back and made a closer to the original translation dub rather than just writing in more of their own dialog when it wasn't needed to begin with.
