Buddy I don't think that HTML has to do anything with cell phones
HTML (Hyper Text Manager Language) is to control the appearance of the page, and has nothing to do with cellphones unless you are trying to surf the internet using your cellphone.
If you have a smart phone then just try downloading a browser that supports HTML codes
