What is happening to me?

Anyone with derealization or depersonalization feel like their house and things in look unfamilar. I look at stuff I've had for years and its like its not mine. I read stuff I wrote and can't remeraber writing it. I feel like I am someone else and not myself. I feel like I cannot think clearly. This is the worst thing I have ever been through. If anyone could comment please.
 
Yes I have experienced this at times when my anxiety is through the roof. My sister didn't recognise her own baby and when she tried to read found it difficult because the worRAB didn't look right. It's horrible, but with help and time we're both fine now. I wish you well.
