Hi, i am a minor, 17, years old, I will be turning 18 in January. I got a ticket for possession of marijuana after i got pulled over for speeding, not blinking, and a plethora of aftermarket things i have done to my car. Fortunately i only got the ticket for possession of marijuana, but i want to get out of it without my parents finding out. I have an older brother who is 21, can i take him to court with me?
