what is going to happen to 15 year old when he goes to court for a driver's ticket?

My son is 15 and only has a permit. I sent him to town to get something for me. It started raining and he ran into somebody from behind. He got a ticket for no driver license, careless driving and changed his birthday year. What is going to happend in court?
 
He will have to pay the ticket. He will most likely get a big fine.

He will not be able to get his license until he is 18.

So I hope your happy. You ruined a lot because of your careless mistake.

You should get in trouble also. I doubt you will. But you should be in trouble.
 
well prob wont let him get license til he is 18 and MAYBE pay restitution but he wont be in major trouble just kinda sux for him though, and U!
 
if it was his fault as i think u said it was he cant get a license until at least 18 years old, and pay for the damage.
