Are we going to have to bailout that shitty state? Or should we just make them secede from us and let the Mexicans take it back and deal with those rednecks personally?

notice how the blue states subsidize the red states

While Arizona is a large state, as are most Western states, only 15% of it is available for private ownership. The rest of it is owned by government/s or Indian tribes, which don't pay fed taxes, so of course the ratio would be high.

Your point, as least as how it is applied to Arizona, is lame.

"notice how the blue states are the ones who are failing"
*evidence to the contrary*
"but but but but TAXES!!!!!"

you have bigger problems to worry about, starting with California, NY, NJ and Ill. All those blue states are bankrupt

Except those three states are too important to ignore for the US economy. Nobody gives a shit about Arizona though till now.

If California stops paying its bills or tries to pay them with IOU's like they tried to do in the late 80's, I would not bet on it.

Not only broke, we're broken. My state spends over $10.5B on public services for illegals annually. Welcome to our tax dollars.

power didnn't go out in the 80s now did it? Oh wait it went out in the late 90s when the free market allowed Enron to fuck the country over sideways. Thanks for reminding me.

No it didn't go out in the 80's because other then in state suppliers, they came up with the cash to pay out-of-state contracts.

Free market? Since Cali had/s this big NIMBY about energy production, they stupidly tried to hedge the energy market and lost.
