what is going on with my jeep!!?

so my 99 wrangler is having some really weird electrical problem. my turn signals keep blinking erratically so i change the bulb and the other side does starts. my radio keeps cutting out when i step on the break. my wipers wont work at all. and randomly my speedomater will just go down to zero when im driving. what is going on!!i checked all the fuses and they were fine. Not sure what it could be
it starts up fine but my front wipers and turn signals still arent working right..
