What is going on in my fish tank?

I have a 20 gallon fish tank with 5 mollies, 2 glass fish, and 2 albino catfish. Normally the catfish sit on the bottom and it's hard to tell if they're even alive. Now they are swimming up and down the back side of the glass, sometimes appearing a little frantic.

Two of the mollies are acting normal, but three of them are acting VERY odd. They all swim into the top right corner in the back of my tank above the heater, two of them will occasionally swim around the tank before returning, but my poor silver molly won't move unless she wants to eat. She seems a little fat but I don't think she's preggo, then again I've never had a preggo fish.

My golden molly and my dalmation molly will sit with her for hours. The dalmation molly sometimes has clamped fins, but after an hour or so it seems fine again.

Also, my golden molly tries to swim very frantically into the bubbles and try to eat them.

The glass fish are painted (didn't know about the injections til after, now I wish they weren't) and they are growing that white stuff on them that I always see on the ones in stores...

I originally had 3 glass fish but one had that white cotton stuff on it, and despite the medicine in the quarantine tank it died within 24 hours of odd behavior.

WHAT IS GOING ON?!?! I've had this tank established for quite some time and I've had several other fish tanks in my life. I'm sure it's something obvious but I just can't figure it out.

Temp is 76-78, PH - 7.2, Ammonia/chlorine/chloramines all at 0 or barely above. I feed the catfish shrimp pellets and the others get tetra tropical crisps. The tank has under gravel filtration and some rock-like structures for the albinos to hide under.
