What is free, car, truck, or Big Rig, or bus free roaming game for PC or Mac?

It is not a requirement of good graphics, but it would be nice, 3D, free, and free roam means you can just drive around without like a game over or time limit it, does not have to be the only mode , there can be a story but the free roam is needed.

You have almost any vehicle in it.It Has a big city to free roam.And 1000000 of vehicles
