What is Faster a Super charged yamaha r6 or a yamaha r1?

I herd you cant really do too much to a r1 since its at it full capacity 1000cc engine and that you can do a hell of a lot to a r6 tell me what tha truth is

Well you can do anything to any bike you want, just depends how much money you have to put into. But I would go with the supercharged R6 for sure.

A standard R6 can out corner and out accelerate a Standard R1 off the line anyway.
it's only when the R6 is pulling max that the R1 has the extra performance to overtake it after it has set off and on the straight it can overtake and hold it's own
Putting a supercharger on the R6 will only lift the front wheel more readily than the R1 and actually make it slower off the line and less of a performer.as less power is going to be put onto the ground before the tyre spins or the front wheel lifts.

And why do you need to go this fast? Is this a track day bike if so you need to spend more money on suspension and tires to make the bike handle better.
