i failed 4 years in the same grade...i think that is failure

That is a harsh, hope you had a great time while doing the 4 yrs, if you regard it as failure, most would (seriously) agree, atleast you are aware of it. I doubt you want that to happen again hence you will succeed.

I prefer to hang around successful people so i constantly feel like a failure, gets me ambitious.
