What is evidence I could use about climate change for my assignment?

I have to do a assignment trying to convince people my opinion on climate change is real for school.
Can someone please tell me what the evidence of climate change is??

Obviously climate change is real. We just recently came out of an ice age in fact. Whether or not humans are having any direct effect on climate change is another question though.
 
Since industrial revolution was given a lot of time and the whole world started using it, it's starting to greatly effect the weather. Hurricanes are getting stronger and more frequent than ever now. And that's how you start ;)
