What Is Everyone's Personal Top 4 Albums?

this is by no means a list of what i think are the greatest albums of all time, as the thread states, these are just albums ive been listening too a hell of a lot lately.

btw. The Dethalbum Pwns.

Hmmm.....in no order. These are just a few of the albums I dig, and listen to on a consistant basis. Like others have said, too hard to pick only 4 out of so many wonderful discs, so here's 10 off the top of my head:

1) AC/DC-Back in Black-Fantastic album
2) KISS-Detroyer/Double Platinum
3) The Smiths- The Queen is Dead
4) Depeche Mode-Black Celebration/Music For The Masses
5) Michael Jackson-Thriller-(Yes, i still listen to it, argueably the greatest disc ever).
6) Journey-Infinity/Departure/Evolution
7) The Cure-Three Imaginary Boys/Disintergration/Kiss me Kiss Me Kiss Me
8) Echo & the Bunnymen-Ocean Rain
9) Iron ****in Maiden-Nuraber of the beast
10) Thompson Twins-Into the Gap

Well idk about 4 favorite, but probably the four i would want to be stuck with on an island with a cd player.

John Frusciante - Shadows Collide With People

My Bloody Valentine- "Loveless"

A VERY close #5 would be, "We're Only In it For the Money"

Hi
There are so many that i am confuse how to do that but some how i manege.

1. Dr Kucho - Lies To Yourself
2. Groove Foundation - That Feeling (De Ponientes)
3. David West Feat Andreas Herman - Larry Mountains 54
4. Orbital - Halcyon & On & On
5. Andain - Beautiful Things
6. Transfer - Possession

Hurray! I'm going to download all of these tomorrow!

My favourites right now are probably:

DEARABY ~ "COMMENCEMENT"

THE POSTMARKS ~ "THE POSTMARKS"

BOARRAB OF CANADA ~ "BOC MAXIMA"

MY BLOODY VALENTINE ~ "LOVELESS"

Tough one. Here are my four favourites of the moment, if I had to choose.

1) Shawn Mullins - Soul's Core

2) Jackie Greene - American Myth

3) Damien Rice - O

4) Joe Purdy - Only Four Seasons

back in black is definitely up there But AC/DC gets old quick. The thing is you can always come back to them later and they're still good.

its too hard for me to decide on top 4 of all time. but my top 4 the past year or so:

1. the Flaming Lips - Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots
2. Sigur Ros - Takk
3. Pain of Salvation - Scarsick
4. Porcupine Tree - Fear of a Blank Planet

I was really unimpressed with Shadows Collide with People, for the most part it just relied on bland acoustic guitar without any real personality.

4 - The Soft Bulletin - The Flaming Lips
Loved it the second Race to the Prize began. It's just fantastic.

3 - Yankee Hotel Foxtrot - Wilco
It grew on me, and became more relevant as I got a bit older.

2 - Loveless - My Bloody Valentine
There was a moment about a month ago when I fell overwhelmingly in love with this record.

1 - In the Aeroplane Over the Sea - Neutral Milk Hotel
This record changed my life. It changed the way I listen to music, experience movies, and write.

When Ween stopped mucking around with scatological humour and novelty songs they were unstoppable, great songwriters. (imo) I still probably rate 'Chocolate and Cheese' as my fave.
