Okay, i want to go to rutgers New Brunswick, but when i went on their website and clicked how they make decisions, it said that they are looking for these things:
1.high school performance
2.cumulative rank
3.grade-point averages
4.grade trends
5.completion of required entrance subjects
6.strength of academic program, evidenced by the number of academic, honors, or advanced 7.placement courses completed
8.SAT and/or ACT scores
9.English Proficiency Examination results
but i don't know what Number 9 means ? At the moment i am a junior and i just took my SAT and HSPA. I have got 1,670 on SAT and passed my HSPA. But my question is what is English Proficiency examination ? is this some kind of test i have to take before going into college ?
