Hi,

Emotive language is language that stirs or creates emotions; e.g. you might read a poem and feel upset or moved by the words.

Presentational devices are things you use to improve the presentation of your writing, e.g. a newspaper will use photographs, images, bold headings, sub headings, colums etc to draw peoples attention and to make it easier to read.

Emotive language makes the reader feel an emotion, like when you read a book that makes you cry - the language is so sad it provokes emotion.

Presentational devices are probably different ways of presenting a newspaper that make it look more interesting. E.g. typing in columns, having a large photograph .etc
