What is code P2422 in a 2007 honda civic?

I got it checked out. And i know it has to do with the EVAP system, autozone said either the canister or vent solenoid. I read somethings about spiders getting in the system and stuff but have no clue where to check. Any help? Also i thought i would let you know that the car was not driven fro about 9ish months so the gas is old. no clue if this could cause the problem
