Nope your not a virgin. Just because you didn't go in all the way and didn't spend enough time having sex to get off it still counts. The first time is usually short and even awkward so I wouldn't worry about it to much. As for the girl her pain will go away with time just make sure not to rush into sex to early.

Technically, that would count as sex. Might I suggest that you either get some lube and use that OR spend a lot more time in foreplay as women need that to relax enough to have penis in vagina.
