its a really difficult pain to describe the best i can describe is like pressing down on a bruise. its a blunt pain that only occurs when some presses or tips it. but its in my upper left arm. i find it very uncomfortable to lie on that particular arm as it gets sore after a few minutes and sometimes if someone even lightly tips the area it gets sore but the pain goes after a few minutes. ive had it years and its not interfering with my life or anything but something must be causing it. i cant remember any accidents that might have happened to cause it.
What is causing the pain in my arm? anyone with a medical background have any advice?
