1993 Prelude VTEC (H22A1)

IT been raining quite alot in socal, and i have a water leak that left a flood in my rear seat floor, After it rained my car started acting weird,
Trouble starting, need to try about 4 times, sometime it idles like shit 500rpm or below, sometimes it would start then die after a second, then after a few times it would stay on, also sometimes while driving the car would jerk, and rpms would drop, it would bob up and down causing accelerating and engine breaking. This happen sometimes, making it very impossible to drive safely.
So far what i've done, Changed Fuel Pump, iacv, checked vaccums and hoses, changed plugs (1 month old plugs were black, running rich), checked dizz rotor and cap, MAF,
Car does currently have a CEL for o2 sensor, i will have that changed, but can it actually cause my car to jerk? Also having misfire and running rich. Hopefully the O2 sensor can correct the running rich and misfire.
Starting Problems, Running Very Rich, Misfires, Jerking sometimes until its impossible to drive,
Any other ideas?
