What is causing a whistle sound in a brand new 2008 Honda Accord Sedan?

I just purchased today a new 2008 Honda Accord LXP Sedan with only 29 miles and I am noticing a whistle sound whenever accelerating or I push the gas pedal. I also notice the whistle sound whenever I turn the Steering wheels either right or left. Your help is greatly appreciated.
