carbon build up is what you plugs get on them after awhile. they just need to be cleaned. you cant prevent it. flooding is when its getting to much gas to the floats in the carberautor. If you got a rotary engine you should junk it anyway lol they suck
Carbon buildup- Regulary drive the car, not just around town, get it hot.
Replacing/cleaning the fuel injectors can help with flooding. IF it does flood, pull the fuse for the fuel, crank it for ten seconds, put the fuse back in and you're good to go.
