I'll try my best. Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is a business strategy where a company sends some of its data processes out to another company so that they can do it instead. These processes may include customer service, tech support, web design, article writing, accounting and HR processes. They do it for a lot of reasons, some of which are in order to cut costs that would have been incurred if these processes were to be done in-house, and in order to be free to focus on their core competencies. Some companies choose to outsource to a company outside their country; this is called offshore outsourcing. They find that outsourcing to other countries, like India, the Philippines and China allows them to do more at little cost.
