What is Blockbuster's return policy on games?

I bought Battlefield Bad Company 2 (pre-owned) and I don't like it as much as when I rented it, I know BlockBuster is going out of buisness though. I purchased the day before Christmas, so I couldnt return it x-mas, the day after x-mas i went up there to trade it in for Re5, they didnt have it, so went to other BlockBuster and they didnt have it. Then on the way back home my car broke down, so couldnt return it today, I'm going to return it tomorrow and hopefully get my money back. I haven't even played it. I knew I should have just said it was for my nephew for Christmas lol. So it's been 4 days
