What is better Metro PCS or Boost Mobile?

I currently have T-mobile but the contract is going to end in around a month and i'm thinking of getting one of these two company's. Which is better? In terms of signal strength, texting, and call quality
 
Boost Mobile is better. It has a better coverage than Metro PCS. Boost Mobile has two versions. It is recommended that you buy the Boost Mobile that uses CDMA network which operates on Sprint Network. This network does not have any walkie talkie and no sim cards.

The other version of Boost Mobiles operates on IDEN network which uses sim cards and has walkie talkie. This network operates on Nextel and has a lot of dead zone, drop calls and has a lot of problems with text messaging.

So you have to choose either CDMA network cell phones or IDEN network that has the walkie talkie and sim cards on Boost Mobile.
